Micro-Dilla = Fermented veggies + quesadilla. Incorporate some Mild or Spicy Kimchi to your burrito, quesadilla, or other Tex Mex cuisine.

Micro-roni and Cheese = Fermented veggies with pasta & cheese. You’ll be amazed at how tasty Micro Mama’s is with cheese. Try adding a tablespoon onto your next grilled cheese sandwich!

Micro-eyes = Micro Mama’s Fermented veggies go awesome with home fries and other roasted potatoes dishes. Spruce up your breakfast and/or brunch with a mound of mouthwatering goodness.... I eat Spicy Kimchi on my eggs every morning. Veggies for breakfast help the day start right!

Micro-Greens = Add a dollop of our veggies to ANY salad for that zing sing song.
You’ll be satisfied enough not to add as much salad dressing (or not add any at all). Eating fermented veggies helps you absorb the vitamins and minerals in all the foods you consume with them. They are a wonder FULL food.

Micro-wichy = Add a few spoonfuls to almost any sandwich! The crunch and pickled taste of fermented vegetables makes a sandwich perfect!

Micro-Yummus = Throw some fermented vegetables into your hummus and change it from yum to YUMMUS!

Devil’s Butter- Can be used as a sandwich spread with or without mayo, added to dips, soups, veggies raw or cooked, salsa, salad dressings, meats, tofu, sushi, crackers, breads, and even tomato juice! Add a POW ZAP ZINGER to any dish!

***One of the most common questions we get here at Micro Mama's when people are first learning about fermented foods is "how do you eat em' ? "  There really isn't a way not to enjoy these tasty, crunchy, flavorful delights.  

A bit on or in salads, sandwiches, dips, spreads, meats, raw or steamed veggies, fish, cheeses, beans, rice, wraps, burgers, fries/potatoes, pizza...add to Tex-Mex, Asian, Italian, European, South American, African, and soups... because they are living foods they prefer to be added when cooking is done. Honestly these condiments go with about EVERYTHING!!!   Eat with a Fork, chopsticks or fingers.... your fancy. 

Immune Root Tonic is a potent immune boosting infusion using ingredients used for thousands of years to stimulate the body’s own natural healing abilities.*
